Job Description

RedR UK are seeking to recruit a Fundraising and Communications Director to head up and inspire our dynamic Fundraising Department in our London Headquarters.

The Fundraising and Communications Director is a crucial role within RedR UK, and a key member of the RedR UK Senior Management Team. The successful applicant will develop RedR UK’s organisation-wide approach to strategic and impactful fundraising. You will also be responsible for creating long lasting and collaborative relationships with RedR UK donors, supporters and high net worth individuals, and leading our approach to trusts, foundations and grant making bodies.
The role requires experience of developing high value relationships with donors and delivery of income growth across multiple channels, including a track record of success with foundations and grant making bodies. You will be an experienced leader with excellent strategic planning, analytical and evaluative skills, able to contribute to wider organisational strategy.

This role is full-time, but we are willing to consider 4 days a week for exceptional candidates.
